Emerson is structured into three distinct divisions, each designed to cater to the unique developmental stages of our students. This ensures that every child receives the appropriate support and challenges necessary for their growth.
Young Fives through 3rd grade
The Foundation division nurtures young learners from Young Fives through 3rd grade, laying a strong academic and social-emotional base.
Grades 4 through 6
The Bridge division guides students in grades 4 through 6, fostering independence and critical thinking during this crucial transitional period.
Grades 7 and 8
The Capstone division prepares 7th and 8th graders for high school with advanced academics, leadership opportunities, and personal growth.

🎭✨ Tonight’s the Night! "Dare to Dream Jr." Takes the Stage at 6:30pm!
Our middle schoolers are ready to shine in Dare to Dream Jr., a joyful musical filled with beloved Disney classics, big laughs, and tons of heart. This free family-friendly performance is open to all Emerson families, and we’d love to fill the AIC with support and excitement for our amazing cast and crew.
Students and families recently enjoyed a special evening designed to help them “look ahead” to the exciting opportunities that await them as they continue their Emerson journey. Our gym came alive with interactive booths showcasing standout programs, including Quiz Bowl, Robotics, Art, Science, Foreign Languages, Theater, Podcasting, Electives, Music, and more.
Students had the chance to explore, ask questions, and try hands-on activities as they discovered what future years at Emerson have in store. A joyful, engaging night filled with curiosity, inspiration, and the promise of all that’s ahead.
📚 Emerson Book Fair Continues at Schuler Books!

💀✨ Día de los Muertos Meets Design Thinking!
In QUEST Tech, our 3rd graders took a creative detour from their Finch Robotics to celebrate Día de los Muertos with some illuminated flair! Using LED lights, coin cell batteries, and conductive fabric tape, students brought their hand-colored skulls to life—lighting up their designs with glowing eyes and plenty of imagination.
At Emerson, even celebrations become opportunities to explore circuits, creativity, and culture.
